2015 Annual Report – GMDC Highlight
GMDC’s most recent Annual Report showcases its latest project at 1102 Atlantic Avenue, which opened in 2015. Within months of opening 1102 Atlantic Avenue was 100% leased. By preserving this building as an industrial manufacturing center, with affordable rents and long term leases, GMDC has afforded its tenants the opportunity to continue to work within New York City’s invaluable market. GMDC’s 2015 Annual Report profiles four tenants: custom jewelry business Mallary Marks, Inc., woodworking shop Uberto, LTD., fine artist Markus Linnenbrink, and custom industrial design and fabrication company, Works Manufacturing.
